Also keep in mind if you're parched or hungry it fatigues you. Removing those effects by drinking / eating will also remove the fatigue they're causing.
I also know for a fact that how often you sleep and for how long can give you negative status effects. Presently I've only seen Lethargy so far. which reduces AP gen by 50% and doesn't go away for a few days. I doubt sleeping 15 hours is going to actually help you. Reducing it to 8 hours may help.
You need to sleep like 9-10 hours a day, without naps. Eat and drink when given the signs you need to.
