HELP! Stupid fast travel glitch!

So yesterday I noticed about 20 min into my new character that I can't fast travel, so I watched some videos and went to that one place and clicked the terminal n all that, and I was able to fast travel. Then when I got back on today, I'm not able to fast travel again! I don't know what's causing this bug! Or at least what mod :|
I have 94 mods installed atm so there's a big possibility it's that, most of them are just things to make the game more realistic though. Here's the list of my mods:
