yangtze getting aboard with power armour is it possible?
Ive tried a few times to jump from the barge next to it, any tips would be appeciated:)

I've no idea but have you got ye olde jet pack mod on? Would that help?

Make your companion get into your Power Armor, swim to the Yangtze, enter the Yangtze, make the companion leave the Power Armor, get in the Power Armor, profit.

As long as you discover the map marker, get your power armor and fast travel back, yeah, it is possible, that is unless you have the jet pack upgrade (which you said above you haven't already).
