Having big dreams and aspirations is nice, but realistically most project ideas die in the planning stages.
There was a whole team working on bringing Morrowind into Oblivion and then into Skyrim, and I don't think either ever got finished.
It's still a big project but that cuts it down I'd say by a lot.

What we get in New Vegas but no quests or NPC interaction. I'm just putting the Mojave Wasteland into Fallout 4, literally.
