So what or where is this Alien city that Lorenzo Cabot talks about hidden under the Mojave Desert?

Using The wild wasteland perk, you can encounter some aliens near the borders of the map, thats what he meant with aliens.

there is no alien city. only alien encounter is with wild wasteland. the alien ship you do see hasnt crashed so i doubt he was refering to those specific aliens, not to mention all that wild wasteland stuff most likely are just visions

Wild Wasteland is psuedo-canon.
WW content was stuff that was going to be in the game, but was deemed *too* silly or would seem dated in the future (The Fridge). Instead of cutting the content, they offered an Opt-In.

So in that sense, it's all non-canon *until* it's mentioned by someone else.

Since Beth wants to sell the Zetans so hard, certainly seems that particular matter is official.

If it wasn't the opposite side of America, I'd say that it could have made for an interesting DLC...

They have teleported the character into space before for a DLC. Considering the other side of the country or the world isn't such a big reach.

True... I guess there's no reason we couldn't find some alien transporter which takes us there...

Actually, i was a tad stoned when i wrote this, it was Jack Cabot after i got the gun off him, he says ' maybe i'll travel southwest and find the lost alien city buried under the Mojave, my father always believed it was there'.
