Cannot Build Jezebel

DLC Automatron

Got to the point where I am to build Jezebel at the Robot Workstation.

CANNOT do that. Cannot install/MOD Jezebel's head.

Robot Workstation always shows 'Protecton' head and if I chose to Build, it want to tag for search even though I have all the required parts.

What gives?

I'm having the same problem -- according to the wiki, it's a known issue. Does anyone know if there is a way around this issue?

you could always use the console command to progress the story to the next stage. or spawn her head as an item and then slap it on.

I figured it out -- Jezebel's head, it turns out, is a mod that you can't immediately see until you select head and get a list of mods for the head. It's not obvious at first until you start poking around in the menu.

that part confused me at first as well, its like 3 or 4 menus deep

I am confused. I cannot build a body either, despite the fact that I have all the parts. I see Jezebel's head, I just can't do anything with it. When I step up to the Robot Machine and try to build a robot, it says I only have two types from which to choose: ADA, and Automatron. And it says I do not have the materials to build an Automatron (which is in fact false). I can start the building sequence, but can never get anywhere. Someone please tell me how I start or what I am doing wrong.I have enough armorer and science perks, by the way.

Do you have the right ranks in certain perks?

you build the torso first without a head and then attach jezebel's head to the torso

Oh well, problem solved. You just gotta have all the necessary materials in your inventory.

I had the same problems, though my mistake was that
I was supposed to talk to Ada first, as she's the one that
actually has the head. Even though it was already in my inventory.
Therefore, make sure you talk to Ada first before building a body
for Jezebel.

U need to unlock the parts,you collected the robot parts from their corpses ?

Also in inventory You will find them at the mods section,maybe u sold/stored them.

I am having the same issue but bethesda could have fixed this issue along with others you never see anyotrher games have this much issue for example the telltale games have no issues so you see beth failed when they made games take fallout 76 for example that is the worst.

This worked for me. Dismiss Ada, go to another settlement, build a robot station, and you should be able to build base robot.
