more synth relay grenades?

Ive searched the institute high and low and cant find a single place to restock my synth relay grenades if anyone knows if ive missing something plz do enlighten me.

Pickpocket Coursairs. They restock every few days. Otherwise, you can get more by completing the Institute's main quest and buy them in the shop.

ive beat the game and they are not avaliable to me in the shop
