I think the idea of cannibalism having consequences is interesting, but it feels very poorly executed in this case. Eating another corpse to satiate the craving, only to be starving again after walking less than 30 seconds is really frustrating, especially at low levels.

Its not enough, when you go out to adventure you get hungry just walking around. If they made it possible to harvest meat from humans like you can every other creature then it would work.
