survival fatigue

I've started a new game and have gotten this medical indicator that notifies me that have "fatigue" and that I "Require frequent sleep". Yet I've sleep for entire days as well as more moderate periods and still it doesnt go away. I've also contracted the illness "lethargy" which i looked up is a sleep disorder YET I SLEEP 4 DAYZ.

I know i could get rid of lethargy at a doctor but i'm not sure about "fatigue".

anyone else have this problem?

if you are lethargic that means you will always be tired regardless off sleep, take some antibiotics if you have some, if not you can craft some or buy them from a trader or like you already said you can find a doctor/medic. this should cure the tiredness

I would assume so, however the "fatigue" is a seperate "illness" and I would assume I could rid it by sleeping. I've not reached diamond city yet so i have yet to see if I need a professional's service to deal with being knackered.

i just remembered there is also chems you can craft at a chemistry station for lathergy

You're right. Also antibiotics cures fatigue too. Who woulda thunk.

(i'm french, sorry for my bad english ) you have to sleep 7 hours to remove fatigue. but you can only sleep 7 hours in a "clean" bed, like one you have crafted yourself for example. i have a problem too. when i am outside, i see seeping bag or dirty bed, you can't sleep 7 hours with them, and so, even you say i want to sleep 7 hours, the game will awake you before, and you are always tired. i don"t know how to do to remove tired when you are not in your home/colony ...

Vous ne pouvez pas retirer tired sans un lit frais dans un settlement amicable.

I do not think you are able to remove tired if you need your main sleep and can't access a clean bed in a friendly settlement. I will be interested to see if anyone does know a way.

You can go visit an inn. That is the whole point of survival, you aren't supposed to just be able to get rid of all your exhaustion problems anywhere. You can't deny you would sleep less comfortably in a sleeping bag in the wastes, exposed, where a mutant could easily get you.

any of the Nuka Cola's will remove tired for a short period of time. But you can only sleep 3 hours on a mattress or sleeping bag. you have to find a bed in order to get well rested. Any real bed will do, but you will only get the well rested perk in a bed owned or rented by you.
