Any idea how to solve this? I edited nothing.

I use Vortex and initially, F4SE was working as it should.

Technically both mod managers can install script extenders, Vortex with its engine injector setting and MO2 with its plugin to do root installations.

Or copy paste "Fallout4.exe" and rename it into "F4.exe". somehow you have configured that F4SE must look for that "F4.exe" file as a starter for the game...
