Settlers won't let you trade after defending an attack
I'm trying to equip them, but everytime i talk... "Thanks for helping out." Is there a way to fix this? I don't have console commands. (Survival Mode Beta)

Just give it a few hours and get back then i think there is no problem trading with them again

Separate yourself from them. Sometimes it means walking beyond the settlement boundries. W/out F/T it will be more frustrating then on the other difficulty settings.

The fact that you cant use debug console or quicksave in the new survival mode, clearly shows how oblivious Bethesda is to the state of their own game. If they tried to actually play the game for 1 hour they would notice that they get stuck from time to time, the game crashes or a gamebreaking bug occurs. That´s why it´s essential with precautions such as quick save and debug console. But according to Bethesda their game runs 100% fine. Facepalm.

I love the game, with all its glitches, bugs and crashes. Because as long as i can quicksave every 5 minutes, restart my computer when the game freezes and use the debug console to get unstuck when i use a terminal or power armor or get stuck in the terrain, i can forgive the lack of testing before release. Removing the debug console and quick save doesnt make the game more challenging. It only makes the game more tedious. Tedious is not hard, its just life draining and a waste of time.

True. Had the lighting bug happen once, and i was lucky getting to a bed to sleep and save. Lighting bug is when some light source makes the whole screen white and dark blue, and looking away from it stops it.

Secondly, the game is godawfully hard without fast travel, andand all stuff.

However, i don't know where in the fallout4.ini i have to add the bEnableConsoleMenuDuringSurvival to. [General]? or something?

Still, i tried going beyond to santuary, but nope, so i'm assume i literally have to walk to diamond city in hopes it goes away, but a mission fail may kill em off, possibly damage or remove stuff, maybe even make me looks the rocket truck stop.

And god, they did not test preston at all. He never, NEVER, gives you a quest for a settlement.
