Can't complete Liberty Reprimed....
I'm stuck on the quest Liberty Reprimed; I got the magnet I needed to build the actuators only I can't activate the workbench to actually build them? There's just a quest marker at the bench (more like on the floor under it), but no option to activate the bench. Has anyone else run into this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

do other workbenches activate/function or only that one ... how did you do the molecular level (with the BOS)?

The work bench is outside the airport on the other side of the wall. I also felt like a complete idiot when I got stuck here. The quest marker makes it look likes it is in the building.
