I Bought the Pip-Boy Edition (Season Pass Included). How Do I Get Season Pass Activated?

So I bought the hugely expensive Pip-Boy edition of the game, that came with a season pass (Even have a little piece of paper saying "season pass"). But the DLC menu still asks for me to pay for the dlc's? How do I get steam to recognize my season pass? I have a game registration code (cd-key i guess) and I imagine I entered it when I first dl'd it (can't remember) shouldn't my dlc menu just offer the dl'd without asking me to pay?

Not sure what to do...

it doesnt come witih seaon pass. ive been looking and don't see anything saying it comes with a season pass

The pip-boy edition doesn't include the season pass, nor does the pre-order edition, they came out before the season pass was available for purchase.
What you have right there is an advertisement, which would've came with:

What they tell you it has:
• Pip-Boy Replica, Stand, and Capsule Case

• Perk Poster
  
• Metal Packaging
  What they DON'T tell you it has:
  
• Season Pass Advertisement Flyer

The Pip-Boy edition doesn't come with a season pass. The little paper that says "Season Pass" is an advertisement for the season pass.

Unless it actually says "Includes Season Pass" on the box or that little paper.

It doesn't come with a season pass, the pipboy edition came out before the season pass was readily available for purchase.

If you paid that much for Pipboy edition ,i think you will pay some more for the season pass.
