Why would you use a scrapall command before you were able to use the workbench?
Using scrapall made that impossible, you'll need to load a save from before you used that command.
I touched the stuff in the wrong order (flicked the switch before reading note) and got locked out of being able to gain it :(
Least I have the satisfaction I didnt do something stupid liek he did, then was more stupid by posting about it instead of just reloading a save...
I meant the switch in the boat. The ♥♥♥♥♥♥ part is I got distracted running around defending settlements after touching the part in the boat. It was real days later before I got back to the island and found out I had bugged it.
I played around with console commands to force ownership but they semi-failed. It gave ownership but it gave the inability to transfer settlers and set supply lines because the name never appeared in the list.
I searched the forums, goggled a bit and that was how I found out I screwed myself because others had done the same thing. Went to the boat first for the bobblehead and pushed the generator on before finding the note.
