Finding the Mr. Gutsy Curfew Encounter

For those of you who have found this encounter, where did you find it? I understand that there are "Checkpoint" encounter hotspots where he has a chance to appear (along with other similar encounters), and I've been cycling through the ones I know for a few days now, but no luck so far.

So if any kind souls know of any checkpoint encounter hotspots where this Mr. Gutsy appears, please tell me here. Thank you in advance.

know the bunker that one BOS soldier lived at ,go left out that door i generally find him often there

Mr Gutsy, is not an npc, it's a Mr. Handy variant. There are many.

Recon Bunker Theta? I remember killing a small band of Gunners there, but no other encounters have appeared there since.

Well, obviously. I'm referring to one in particular that has a chance of appearing at certain hotspots.

I was near the edge of the map along a road all the way over on the right of the map. He was floating around some old military wreackage iirc.

Ah yes, there are plenty of bridges there so they might be hotspots for Checkpoint encounters, but I still got no luck so far. Bumping this up again to see if anyone knows any more hotspots.

The first, and only, time I encountered him I was headed to Sunshine Tidings, along that bridge near it. There's a bit of a barricade thing at the Sunshine end, he was in front of it.
I haven't seen him in any of my other playthroughs yet.
