How To Start "With our powers combined"

I've Completed The fallout 4 story for the minutemen. I've destroyed the Institute but I can't figure out how to anger the brotherhood enough to start the quest "With our Powers combined" Where You create Artillery Peices to shoot down the Prydwin. Do you have to complete no Quests for them whatsoever?

I am sure you can anger them enough by attacking some patrols or if you like there are always a few if them standing outside the prydwin try launching a few grenades or missiles at them

I Tried To do that, I Attacked and shot down all the vertibirds I saw.. I even attempted to massacre the Airport area and nothing happened

If you did that and got the "you are enemies of the Brotherhood" , go talk to a couple of the minutemen.

Which Minutemen, And how do I know when I am offical enemies with them? I picked off some soldiers at the airport but I don't know if the message popped up because I was in the heat of battle

The Brotherhood should literally be attacking you on sight and you should get the quest immediately.

This did not work, do I have to hav certin quests completed

You have to have completed The Nuclear Option and Old Guns for the Minutemen iirc. If you've completed both of those already, and haven't massacred everyone on the Prydwen, try doing that. Murdering Elder Maxson seems to be a good way to piss them off permanently.
