Ronnie Shaw doesn't like me

I can't seem to get her to bring up a trade menu,only chit chat with me. Am I missing something here or is this just buggy?? I'm positive she gives me more when I sell, and she also has more caps than my other buyers. I just wish she liked me a little better so I could trade with her when I want. Any ideas?

Make sure you did the artillery quest and her shop will be unlocked, if not she must really hate you

She trades from 8a.m to 8p.m. like other traders. In other hours she just talks. She has 800 caps in store to buy stuff, and has a whole lot of ammo, specially .308 and .50 if it's your thing.

You have to open Castle Armory and do the artillery quest before she trades tough.

Also, she's not very charming but far from hostile. We have a polite relationship of mutual respect.

Ronnie Shaw place of business is inside the armory.

At night or morning she will be out milling about the courtyard like most other settlers. This pretty much means her shop should be closed. I do not think she has the 24 hour trade option like the other named settlers.

She will trade in the courtyard, but that would only occur if she was traveling from the 0,0 drop point to her shop location between 8am and 8pm.

Thanks guys! That was what I was missing, the time frame 8-8. I had done the armory quest and got her to trade a couple times, but not on demand like I need her to. I'm still new to this game and didn't know they were on a schedule! Much appreciated. And yes, Marcy is just a fussy pants and I don't like her very well. She gets no nice dress to work in :)
