Hidden items in inventory added via console commands ?

Hey guys, just wondering if things that were added to inventory via console commands stay hidden. I saw one of my supply line guys struggling along the road so I added a 10mm pistol via console commands (001b3137 & 001b3139) to give to him. Turns out that they were added, but not available in my inventory. A banner would pop up saying it was added, the audio for it would pop and the weight increases, but it doesn't show up in any of my inventory tabs. Can anyone have an idea on what's occuring ? It is possible that instead of the gun itself you spawned yourself a gun mod. In this case you'll find it in the mod tab.

If you type: help "10mm pistol" 4
a list of IDs will pop up. Scroll the list with pagup/pagdown untill you find the ID of the Weapon (WEAP), that is the one that gives you the gun, the others are gun mods.

Upon completing a certain BoS quest I was rewarded with a T-60 Medical Pump. I couldn't find the piece of armor in my Apparel tab and reloaded thinking of a bug. In the end it was a PA mod that was dropped in the Mod tab.
