Is Preston gay or something?

Lately i've been trying to complete all of the settlement missions because i'm trying to get the Minute Men ending and every few missions, Preston asks to talk to me. Near the end of every chat, there is an option for "Romance" or "Flirt". Is this just with Preston or is this with every companion?

Dogmeat, Nick, Deacon, Strong, Ada, X6-88 and Old Longfellow can't be romanced.

Piper, Cait, Curie, Danse, Hancock, MacCready and Preston all can. Regardless of your gender.

Trust me DO NOT click that Romance with button with Preston, I did it once by accident, he bent me over a Brahmin trough faster than you can say Nuka Quantum Cola.

He proceed to violently smash in my hangman’s alley with his throbbing sugar bomb, I tried to wriggle free but my strength was not high enough.

I tried to reach a nearby bottle of Gwinnett stout to raise my charisma to try and talk my way out of the situation but Dogmeat ran past and knocked it out of reach.

Day turned to night and Preston finally retrieved his soggy Sugar bomb, flipped me over and whispered in my ear “I just got word of another settlement that needs our help”.

I stood up, pulled my now dirty army fatigues back up and ran, I have not been back to sanctuary since….
