how can i get face paint like some of the raiders?

Modding is probably your best bet. Check out the Nexus if you haven't already.

It might be included in the upcoming Nuka World DLC. Apparently that one is going to be all about raiders, including allowing the player to become one.

That too, but that's still a while off, so checking the nexus for some raider themed facepaint couldn't hurt for now.

Absolutely true.

I just figured I'd mention Nuka-World, as a potential (eventual) solution for folks who don't want to deal with mods. :)

Though Bethesda does tend to be a bit unpredictable when it comes to content you might expect, versus what you actually end up getting. So Nuka-World could just as easily end up not including any of those Raider facepaint options. :P
