Report a translation problem
Go to your steam library > right click fallout 4 > properties > local files
Fallout 4 base file Prefix: Fallout 4 - / Fallout 4
DLC Base file prefixes:
DLCRobot
DLCCoast
DLCWorkshop01
DLCWorkshop02
, there's nothing else inside of the data folder besides the textures / meshes / LSData / Strings / sound / Textures / Video / vfs / Interface / Images / Materials / Meshes / Scripts folders

Those are the files you get when you fresh install the game, including folders.
well yes - that's where the majority of the game is. But if you want to get rid of the accumulated cruft that's what you're going to need to do.
Then, once you've done that, *save* a CLEAN copy of your /Data folder so that if this is needed again you don't have to redownload everything.
any mod using f4se needs an update , update f4se ,
if you use bethesda's mod thing you probably need to re-enable mods .
see if you can start a new game .or do you not even get to the options screen ?
