No audio error fallout 4

I bought the game yesterday and I realized that after skipping the bethesda intro from the game screen it has no sound

Same, but after 2 days of trying i am giving up. No game should take literal hours of testing to play on the customer end.

ill give u a list of things i tried,
under you sounds setting, play back, properties of your used headphone/speaker, enhancements, disable all enhancements. (this worked but made audio very choppy and almost murdered my ears (TAKE HEADPHONES OFF AND LOWER SOUNDS BEFORE U RUN GAME, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED)

2nd test was to change the audio with the GPU settings (im team green idk about you red and future intel blues)
Right click desktop, click Nvidia control panel, under 3d settings, manage 3d settings, program settings, pull up fallout4.exe (i did it with both launcher cause brain said so)
scroll down to;
triple buffering set to {on}
Vertical snyc set to {on}
