Fallout 4 Game Freezes and Major Lag

So I clock around 338 hours in Fallout 4, and in the last maybe 50 or so I downloaded some mods and messed around with FO4Edit. game ran fine until a little while ago, where I would go near Red Rocket Truck Stop near Sanctuary. I have the Nuka-World DLC as well as Automatron, Far Harbor, and Wasteland Workshop. At the Truckstop, I had the Robot workbench, and 3 robots (Ada, Jezebel, and a sentry similar to Ahab) and a Minuteman artillery (Which I had jezebel run which may have been a cause of the issues). I also had the beastmaster mod, and a mythic deathclaw I could barley spawn through the lag using a cage (mythic Version, paint in blood can, tribal Red). I had the deathclaw and the sentry as followers when it started to get worse not just at the truck stop but everywhere else as well. Since then I can barely play at all, and every time I use something like a workbench or fast travel, my fps goes from the top (60fps) to 1 or 0 in a faster time than you can blink your eye. I tried uninstalling and deleting all my mods to no avail, and looked up ways to fix which didn't work. now it freezes randomly, and the taskbar and main mouse loading circle will appear in-game. I use steam and have windows ten on an OMEN gaming laptop.

Your problem with Red Rocket Truck Stop, Sanctuary, and Abernathy Farm is that their workbench areas are so close together that adding a bunch of stuff can EASILY overload the server, even if you are playing pure vanilla. You have to mod those settlements *sparingly*. This is because of the game monitoring objects and actors in a radius around yourself, well beyond what you and your sights can access. (complicated add-ons like SimSettlements and All Settlements Extended can make it worse for obvious reasons)

This is so notorious a problem that the three settlements are called the Triangle of Death by frustrated modders.
