Walking into terminal / power amour bug fix
Now, I know there are already several ways of fixing bugs like these - where you get stuck walking into a terminal or a suit of power armour - such as pressing esc quickly a few times or using console commands, but I have found another solution that I would like to share.
The solution I have found that works for me is as follows:

1. Go to your display settings on your PC (Settings > Display > Advanced Display Settings > Properties > Monitor)
2. Decrease your monitor refresh rate to 60hz
3. Return to Fallout 4 and apply the esc-spamming fix

Since this issue occurs more regularly in those whose monitor refresh rate is higher than 60Hz, this solution should hopefully enable you to solve this issue using the other methods (excluding the console, because it mucks up survival mode runs) that others have suggested to try.

I hope this helps, because it just really helped me :Neko:

P.S. Don't forget to return your monitor to its previous refresh rate afterwards!

You could also just open the console and type "tcl" without the quotes. Then re-enter it when you are done with the terminal. This bug is the reason why I have a mod to enable to console in Survival, though I have a version that disables god mode and some other command I think.

That solution works perfectly fine too, that's ok. I should also have stated that what I have proposed is aimed at people, like myself, who are not using mods. tbf though, mods that enable the console are really enticing, since it does reduce a lot of hassle with the all the bugs in this game.
Yeah, I held off on using the Survival console mod for the longest time (like 500 hours in) but it got too frustrating to deal with all clipping issues. If I lost progress/Legendary items because I was stupid and died in fights then fine but having to deal with something out of my control got too much.

You need to install the mod Fallout 4 unofficial patch. it will fixed all that crap that should have been fixed by the devs.

None of this worked for me. Found this though:
1. ~ for console
2. Click power armor so ID shows at top of console
3. Type player.moveto <type ID for power armor shown at top of console>
i.e. player.moveto FE0019EE

The cutscene ends and you're inside the power armor.

Oh thank you so much. The change to 60 fps per Desktop/Windows alone fixed it. Was close to loosing 5 hours of progress in Survival when the bug happened. I would buy you a big fkin pizza. Instead you can have my Steampoints as Awards you clever devil.

If you are running the game over 60 fps you WILL run into problems, including lock picking and other odd behaviors. Capping it to 60 allows the game's code to process correctly. While there are mods or tweaks you can use to go higher, it's generally not a good idea.
