Its the meshes. The mods cannot find them because they are in the wrong place or missing somehow.

Modding is drag and drop difficulty and quite easy, but it does take some thought and practice especially if adding alot of mods.
Make a shortcut on desktop to the data folder first thing.
plus if you read my OP i state that i watched how to install mods manually yet am still having issues with this garbage

Copied this directly from a modification instruction:
that was one of the first things i did when i initiated doing mods
If outfits don't show up, be sure they're for the body-type that you use. The Bodytalk-skeleton for male PCs is really gaining popularity, but it piggybacks on Bodyslide and relies on vanilla-outfits having had the Calliente-patch. Next to that, CBBE is fading into the background because Fusion-girl is the next best thing. Unlike CBBE, FG has no vanilla-proxy and outfits for FG won't show correctly, or not at all, on non-FG bodies.
Always run Bodyslide anyway if you download outifts.
there is nobody to blame
it is something you and only you are doing wrong
calm down
read manuals again
doublecheck everything
find your own mistakes and fix them
good luck
and yes, use mod organizer 2
