Are mods enabled?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fgUbpIzdpGY

Its the meshes. The mods cannot find them because they are in the wrong place or missing somehow.

Modding is drag and drop difficulty and quite easy, but it does take some thought and practice especially if adding alot of mods.

Make a shortcut on desktop to the data folder first thing.

Take your time and keep trying, anything can be done with modding.

But i cannot figure out what the issue is...ive tried moving meshes into my mesh folder on my fallout4 game archive folder...TO NO AVAIL
ive tried just about everything. even checking that the pluggins all have the requires files in order to function
Manual installations usually orient you to a procedure where you need to make the mod code to be readable in-game.
Copied this directly from a modification instruction:
Add the following to your "Fallout4Custom.ini" file located in "Documents\My Games\Fallout4". Not your Steam/.../Fallout 4/Data folder, not Fallout4.ini or Fallour4Prefs.ini. Only Fallout4Custom.ini.

[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

(No, that's not a typo. If the file doesn't exist, you need to create it yourself manually. Make sure it ends with .ini instead of .ini.txt or .ini.ini!
If the lines are already there, you only need to edit their values.)

Can you link at least one mod that you are having trouble with. I can look at how it is packaged and maybe give you some ideas what could be wrong

well you have the newest AWKCR, Modern Firearms 2.5-1.4, Modular Kalash Rifle, AK74M Stocks, AK-2047, Military Gorka Suit, Military Gorka Suit Armored, Military Gorka Suit Colors, Purge masks, Half Gasmasks, Mauser Family, N88, Spetsnaz Rifle, Extra Long Barrels, MG42 and MG34, Sleek Ballistics Masks, West Tec Tactical gloves, Armorsmith Extended, Kerberos Panzer Cop, Kriegsmarine Cap, AK400, are a few to start

NMM is defunct. With the latest Bethesda patches, some file-paths became obsolete as well. Nexus introduced Vortex a year ago or so. Please read the Readme's for Vortex before using it, as Vortex isn't as straight-forward as NMM was. I love Vortex, but man do I miss NMM... But yeah, when you deal with nerds even basic stuff has to be Darksouls. *sigh*
If outfits don't show up, be sure they're for the body-type that you use. The Bodytalk-skeleton for male PCs is really gaining popularity, but it piggybacks on Bodyslide and relies on vanilla-outfits having had the Calliente-patch. Next to that, CBBE is fading into the background because Fusion-girl is the next best thing. Unlike CBBE, FG has no vanilla-proxy and outfits for FG won't show correctly, or not at all, on non-FG bodies.
Always run Bodyslide anyway if you download outifts.

don't be so mad
there is nobody to blame
it is something you and only you are doing wrong
calm down
read manuals again
doublecheck everything
find your own mistakes and fix them
good luck

and yes, use mod organizer 2
