Help finding Shipbreaker

[Broken War Horse]

There was a marker on the map when I left, Eco Lake Lumber where it was heard to be, to talk with Longfellow but now there is nothing. I travelled south to Vim Pop factory and nothing. I tried the bug fix in https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Shipbreaker_%28quest%29 but that did not work. Any other ideas beside trolling the whole map?

Known locations for Shipbreaker include north of Briney's Bait and Tackle, just west of the Glowing Grove, halfway between Atom's Spring and the Nucleus, and just outside of the Oceanarium.
