Temporary fix for Data Recovery quest.

So, if a certain important someone dies in Far Harbor, Faraday gets all mopey about it and never really lets you turn in his "Data Recovery" quest. So you'll be stuck with two pending quests, as Acadian Ideals depends on Data Recovery to proceed.

The fix I found for now to use these commands:

• CompleteQuest DLC03AcadiaM03
  
  To finish the "Data Recovery" quest, and
  
  
• CompleteQuest DLC03AcadiaQuestPointers
  
  To finish the "Acadian Ideals" quest.

then you can proceed for surival becuase console commands are disabled, making it a broken DC

@mrfree A little too late for that. This is Bethesda's fault, the game is supposed to be played however the player would like without glitching.
