Can't purchase home plate? *spoilers*
I finished In Sheep's Clothing - saved Geneva, told Mayor to stand trial, he died. Now when speaking to Geneva, she just keeps telling me I saved her life. No dialogue for purchasing the home plate. Help?

Did you leave Diamond city after takeing down McDonugh? If not try leaving then coming back.

you got the keys for Kellogs flat use that save 2k :)

I thought I may have done something wrong, or maybe the NPC may have bugged out.

True, but that Kellog's house cell is not a valid workshop, which means you can't customize it. Not without mods, at least.
