Power armor paint job
Hey guys!

I think the ingredients for the paint jobs are kind of unrealistic.

I mean when you want to paint your power armor for example in the military color, you will need adhesive, aluminium and nuclear material. Why? It doesn't make any sense, when you want to paint something in real life you don't need nuclear material or adhesive non aluminium. Only a paintbrush and some paint in buckets.

Since these are available in the game as junks, why Bethesda didn't use these junks as ingredients for painting? For the military paint you will need brown, or green paint brown could be the red+blue. Green could be the yellow + blue or something. + the paintbrush.

Is there any kind of mod, which use these ingredients for the paintjobs?

Actualy the base of any paint is an adhesive, and there are many automobile paints that use aluminum as metalic flecks. As for radio active matrial meh who knows maby it's to add a warm fuzzy glow at night.

I don't really mind it, if they went in full realism for one item then they would ahve to do so for the rest.
Not having to look for specific materials is nice, it means I can just collect junk whatever form it may be in.

It also doesn't make any sense that painting your power armor with that military paint increases your strength. Or that others increase your agility. That's more unrealistic to me, but I ignore those things because it's a game based on what may as well be fantasy.

Zephyr warrior's Power Armor Overhaul or PAMAP.
