Take Notes for Fallout!
So the skyrim mod 'Take Notes - Journal of the Dragonborn' was a smash hit (In my opinion) as it meant I could make my character that little bit more special, and it helped me to immerse into the game with hints of old safes and terminals that I was unable to reach or unlock. It would be amazing if someone at any point could attempt this to further the awesomness of Fallout 4! maybe once the creation kit is released it could be possible but I just wanted to throw that out there before I forgot!

I just searched for the word "Journal" on the nexus and found it.

Journal of the Sole Survivor - Your Personal Journal[www.nexusmods.com]

I take it you never actually tried looking for it.

It's been a very long and tiring day for me, my current vocab is like slurrs and swearwords :/ Thanks for the help though guys

I figured that Journal would be THE word you'd use in a search considering it was in the title of the SKyrim mod you mentioned in your OP lol
