I did not give the Evacuation Order

I am looking for a console command, since nothing in game will solve this.

I played the game through without ever releasing the Minutemen from the museum and blew the Institute up with the Brotherhood. Afterwards I released them so I could get Taking Independence from Preston. Since I did not issue the evac order he is accusing me of mass murder and stops speaking to me afterwards (can be repeated at will).

Now, is there a command to implement the order after the fact so I can get the remaining quests from him?

I.... didnt know you could continue the story without going there....

The minutemen will be seeing a lot less of me in future playthroughs

Yes, I partially wanted to see what happens, if I let them inside. Does not change much, except you are not tortured by Preston anymore. I am told you can let them out and not join them afterwards, but that was never really obvious to me, so I preferred safe to sorry.

What I want from them is the castle quest, since that is the only thing which cleans up the castle afterwards. Otherwise the mirelurk nests stay. So, technically I am happy with a way to clean those up too, but at least Spring Cleaning does not work on them.
