Sister Gwineth, DLC bug?

So I had the heretic quest on the DLC active and went to do it. At the end where you confront Sister Gwineth, I was able to talk to convince her to leave the Island which she did.
Fast forward, after a couple of quests, I went to the Nucleous to turn in my quests, including the Heretic one, where I lied to the Head Zealot that she was killed.
When I left the Nucleous base, Sister Gwineth was standing infront, I couldn't talk to her but I followed her inside to see what happens.... she went towards Sister Mai, and just randomly started to work on the armor workbench there like a random NPC, nobody oblivious to her :D

I can't get the confront part to work for her. I go to the church and she just walks around and my guy just says her name.
