"Unlimited ammo capacity"
That third word there, Capacity, changes the meaning/context of the first two words.
They do run out of ammo, though. That's literally what this thread is about. <.<

Even for the PC it's a bit iffy if you want to use them or not. They don't improve damage output in most cases, and it's not often that I need larger magazine capacities.
What IS nice about them though, is you can (and should) downgrade the magazine size on those weapons to the smallest, lightest choices to reduce weight, which can be useful in it's own way.
It depends on the weapon.
Double barrel shotgun that does not reload.
A missle launcher that does not reload.
If used in the right situations the no reload perk would outdo other perks as they would make up for the damage by skipping reload times.
