Searched Clint Kent, on Google, and it corrected the spelling with Cli<t Kit. So she is in love with this?

Yes she does.
No matter what you're wearing, she'll call you blue before the story she does on you, and on several occasions regardless if you're wearing the vault suit or not.

If you don't believe me, and don't bother arguing unless you do, go into her dialogue tree and check the conditions, she only has two for calling you blue, one for wearing the vault suit, and one if you're not, which is a different branch of the dialogue tree when it comes to the report.
Otherwise, she will if you check her relationship status, it's more of a "nickname" than anything else, and her idle dialogue contains it too.
