Paul Pembroke killed in bar fight with Henry Cooke - Diamond City Blues not starting; WTF?

Have you tried popping Jet and Killing Henry before Paul dies?

I am few hours after the beating and I do not want to go back. I thought Paul was just unconcious.
I tried to resurrect Paul and reenable him via console but it didn't work.

I didn't kill him so you need to ask Henry and he doesn't care what is essential for you. He has his girl always ready at the bar.

That fight bugged out for me too. Henry Cooke pulled out his gun so I blew his brains out, nobody seemed to care though. Paul later asked me to help him confront Henry, I agreed and walked him up to the bar. I tried resurrecting Henry with the console but he just kept staring at Pauls wife. I killed him again and decided I didn't need to do this quest.

Is it new bug from Bethesda's patch or maybe Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch? I do not have DLCs and few weeks ago I was able to do Dimond City Blues.

This was before I installed the unofficial patch, and before Far Harbor, it was after 1.5 though. It's like in Skyrim where after an update fistfights were broken and the person you were fighting would consider it an assault and pull out their weapon. Bethesda seems to have trouble with brawling mechanics.

I had some shootings in Confidence Man also and first time in this playthrough Henry might have pulled the gun also. HOW CAN YOU PATCH YOUR GAME AND ADD NEW BUGS?? This is embaressing.
BTW. ALSO Textures looks like from Fallout 3 and you need to mod the game to have quality visual effects.
