Brain dead quest dead end ( far harbor)
So I , once again, broke the quest mechanics or the quest line. I got up the the point where I've " investigate the crime scene", "investigate avida " and" investigate riggs". And I've no speech options left, found all and any clues around the place and yeah unlocked everything even the Tresor.
Nothing Nada.
Pretty sure I broke the quest chain again or what so ever making this quest impossible to end.

If I apparently missed sth, I didn't find with cheats, then I am happy to know about....

I thought I'd broken the quest in the same way but after reloading a couple of time I found that interrogating everyone again and going through all the dialogue options (F5 is your friend} eventually I got through it. Find Mr Briggs for the second time is my advice.

Talked to all the robobrains, in both residential areas *and* at the "beach"?

Did you overhear something while standing in one hall?

There's also a definite progression in dialogues as you interrogate one subject and the info is supposed to point you somewhere in particular. Eventually ro Mr. Briggs who will at some point tell you something very important.

nah that wasnt the problem. the problem was that - as regularly as it happenes, textures didnt load in. in this case the textures leading to the baseball bat. and actually the bat itself didnt load in as well. reloaded and restarted a couple of times till all textures actually succesfully loaded.

not kidding, far harbor is a bit bugged atm :D

so case closed. not loading textures caused the problem , not my chaotic playstyle

@Bert: Good call. The baseball bat and the blood next to the robot didn't appear for me.
