No big deal. Just means you can't use artillery support in Far Harbor. :)
Supplylines work fine, even back to the mainland, but the game can play a nasty trick on you. If a settler starts talking to you to saddle you with a help quest, that one can be the provider. And it is a hassle to catch that guy again while he moves to finish the task.

Wanting to build a recruitment radio beacon it shows that I have no circuitry.
Back at Sanctuary there is no "shipment of circuitry" in the workshop's junk
inventory but in build mode if I select the beacon it shows that I have 250 circuitry. Maybe many other junk items provide the circuitry.
Does it possibly take a few days for the supply line at Far Harbor to become active? In the commonwealth it is instant.
transferred the items to its work station. In build mode I selected the beacon.
It showed that I had all the items to build it but was unable to. Bug again?
