That would be literally the only purposeful pre-war "Far Harbor" sign I've yet seen on the island. The pier sign is incidental and everything else says 'Bar Harbor'.

Whatever floats your boat :) Regardless, we could treat the entire main island as being open to whoever had this halloween party. The key is likely going to be in someone else's references to their kids (by name or existence of), locations with toys, etc.
You've got Daisy Davis and Thomas Davis, both associated with the bowling alley, but there's plenty of opportunity to mention family and there isn't any. If they're a couple, they may not have had time to start a family, and the backstory is Thomas is a disabled veteran (which is why hunting wheelchairs). Daisy references an aunt and uncle, so the two might be kin rather than couple.
There are players at the alley Hannah and Zachary Miller, the former referenced as "Mrs.". There's also the Reed family, and a gift card somewhere (found in FO4edit) that references two couples, Jess/Jim and Laurie/Bruce. Huskey family may or may not be pre-war.

More later. I hope this doesn't actually turn out a dead end, Bethesda did so well fleshing out the Kim Song storyline in the base game with 'clues' literally across the commonwealth...
Oh, an asides: the photo on the desk in Ryburn Point appears to be a modelled image of St. James Church in New Brighton, Merseyside, UK... it's definitely that structure, but the surrounding area doesn't match Google Earth and the background skyline doesn't have anything close. Take that, the other intact photo with appears very English countryside, and the existence of the harborman at the pier who has an accent and speaks of family coming from Yorkshire. Merseyside is across from Liverpool (think Beatles accent, need to compare), Yorkshire is 70-90 miles ENE depending on where within you want to go (it's a county).
Are we being given clues to background, or clues to future expansion? All the people at the pier were former islanders who were chased to the 'edge', except for the Mariner.... and jeez, photos of New Brighton look just like an intact version of the FH DLC...
There are two Victorias, neither of which 'exist' anymore.

Found a lot of stuff, starting at FH and simply heading west and checking out everything on the coast. Got as far as up the shore of the channel to the Cinema.

TWS'ed and TCL'd around the Hotel where someone was pitching people off a plank, and discovered (1) someone wasn't quite Evel Knievel and (2) they had a well running motorcycle!

Events described by note on corpse in pipe. The pitching, not the motorcycle.
Someone snuck under the pier with a box of Sugar Bombs and never left

And I found an undescribed crime scene;

No further data on Eliza though. Once you launch into something like this you realize just how effin' massive this DLC is...
Looking for this mysterious party house has breathed new life into the DLC for me, drawing out the estimated 20 hours of gameplay considerably whilst allowing me to discover all number of hidden treasures. Glad to see everyone has their detective hats on and can't wait for more to be unearthed.
Based on this alone I've actually decided my next playthrough is going to be a detective build.. I'm talking ballistic weaved faded trench coat and OP snubnosed 44 with Nick at my side, simply helping the commonwealth in any way we can while digging up all the dirt we can find.
thank you all so much for bringing the thread to life, this is exactly the kind of space I appreciate most in the forum, and what I believe it should all be about :)
I only found one skeleton on the island and one just on the eastern edge against a drain pipe. I wondered if one could be Eliza but there are no indications of them being her.
I also wondered if maybe Eliza was killed in the bunker cave-in. Or got stuck behind the piles of rubble in another area of the bunker.
To the southeastern side of the island out in the water I found an island with a steamer trunk and some other loot. There were two skeleton heads and two rib cages caught up in some fish net on the edge of the area. Again, no indication of either of these being a child or female. I also found a Brahmin head in a life preserver.
I know this is a resurrect, but I just found another skeleton next to the cranberry island supply shed. Now while it makes sense that the skeleton next to the outpipes could be Nathan as he was hanging around there, he was also I believe told to restock the hut, if you check next to the dock, there is a homemade barge/raft with a cooking station on it. There is a skeleton under the raft/barge, under one of the barrels it is made with.
So who is that? Possibly Nathan/grandpa not so much Eliza as I think we are all agreed she got to the mainland.
