Allen Lee no dialogue bug Far Harbor

Trying to finish the main quest for far harbor called "the way life should be" and I just collected the locket and skull. i wanted to let Allen lee find out first but when I went over to talk to him he does not provide the usual dialogue wheel options. He just says some random nonsense and not triggering the quest dialogue. Anyone know a fix for this? =/

I'm having the same issue. I can't trigger any dialogue options he just keeps saying random ♥♥♥♥ like your talking to a random npc.
EDIT: Question. Whenever you try to talk to somebody such as allen, do you keep saying "Hey Dejen?"? Thats what was happening to me and I went back to Acadia and spoke with Dejen and I could finally speak with Allen.

Nope, I don't say "hey Dejen" unfortunately. I tried to talk to dejen to see if that would fix the problem but still no go. I can't progress any further now so this sucks lol.

Oh that.... When I was trying to speak to DiMa to complete some certain quest, i eded up keep saying "hey Dejen?" XD
I reloaded my save and speak to Dejen first, that solved the problem :)

Try completing all the quest you currently have. Dejen asked me to kill a courser, and I killed the courser but then went to tell far harbor about the whole situation. Thats why my guy kept saying "hey dejen" to every other person I saw, so perhaps you just have to finish all the current quest you currently have.

Thanks for that tip! So I started the Dejen quest per your instructions and after completing it I know I said hey dejen to everyone. I talked to him and after that I went to Allen and still no go. I guess I gotta wait for the next patch or something.

Open command console with ~ key and copy paste "SetStage DLC03MQ05 500" then hit enter.

You wont be able to talk to Allen Lee for this particular dialoge segment but it will automatically complete the side objective allowing you to continue with the quest. Message me back if it doesn't work

hi yeah im also late, i think i know why this occurs, it might be because you spoke to the other leader of far harbour and promised her you would keep quiet. this happened to me after i asked her for caps but yeah thanks JUPEZ it managed to fix it
