Mariner will not talk to me!!!

has anyone had an issue where Mariner will not talk with you, she will just say a few words and walk off? Im trying to do her quests and i cant do it now that she wont talk to me. I decided to sell the power tools to mike, but idk if that makes a difference

This happened to me too, I believe it locks you out of her quests if you don't get the tools

If you sell the tools, say goodbye to the rest of the quests from her (theres like another 3)

His name is MACHETE mike, dont you think that is a little sus... Rule of thumb, if some random guy comes up during a quest asking for help probably a trap, or better off killing them.

Still locks you out of her remaining quests if he dies for any reason during Hull Breach, including being killed by the ghouls. Presumably this is to dissuade people from killing him for the caps.
