Best left forgotten - memory 5 workround
You can use the console to bypass this. Memories 1 to 4 are fairly easy but I lost the will to live when I saw memory 5.
So exit the simulation, open console and type setstage DLC03MQ04 550 This will move you on as if you obtained the memory. Then open your pipboy and listen to the holotape. The memory gives you a new quest objective which will be in your miscellaneous section, not in the main quests.
Which leads me to think that memory 5 is optional and not essential to the main quest. So if you can't open the console, try ignoring memory 5 and carry on with the game.

if you want an advice, it's simple : break all of the Firewalls, collect the remaining Decoder relay, and put one facing the objective's firewall, right on the pyramid, then, try to construct towers to reflect the relay beam without breaking up the first grid who permitted you to overcome all of the other firewalls, then, you should be set. it took me nearly 2 hours to complete it, but ,it's still simple to do.

I had a weird glitch for 5... I fell down in an area and all the firewalls were gone after that

Memory 5 was way too easy, it only took a little more time.

1) Redirect the beams until you get to the one that's facing upwards
2) Go to the top platform, go up from the ledge, and place the redirector across the way by building a bridge, and then place the redirector where the beams hitting
3) It'll hit to the left of you depending on what direction you're facing, you'll then want to use another redictor to make it hit at least past the pyramid that the beam before it is hitting, it'll then be facing right, or left depending on the direction you're facing
4) Place the redirector at the correct height and in front of the firewall block, you're set
