Where to find Vim! Refresh armor?

So I've been playing Far Harbor for a bit now and I recently got the Vim! power armor. I really like the astethic and I added it to my collection but I can't find the Vim! refresh power armor, which I know is in the game. I scoured the Vim! factory for it but didn't find anything, any ideas?

Its on the computer in the room with the power armour im pretty sure

i found the armor and was like "T-51?Bleh.X-01 ftw" and left it behind.

It's inside a truck on the road heading north from Far Harbor, on the way up to the farm settlement.

basically just go north from the Visitor's Center. it's on the road in a shipping crate with a big old Captains Blend ad on the side of it.

That is the green one right? It is on a truck on that main highway that goes around the North edge of the island. It is East of the farm settlement.
