where to store junk in Far Harbor

started playing Far Harbor. i got to the Far Harbor settlement. i see the power armor station, a cabinet next to it, and to the right, there is a store with a weapons workbench and a armor workbench inside. however, when i try to store all my newly acquired junk inside the said armor bench, or weapon bench, they don't share with each other.

where are we supposed to store the junk in Far Harbor that'll allow the player to commonly access the junk at all the benches?

anyone?

Old Longfellow has a settlement right near Far Harbor. Build a base there.

I just stuck everything in the power armor station, and pull it out as needed. I don't expect the stations to share unless Far Harbor itself unlocks as a settlement, and otherwise figure it will operate more like Diamond City and never unlock.
