BTW, for reference I'm using a HD 7770 (AMD) and an FX 8320 (AMD) and all my settings are on lowest possible.
I'm making use of a AMD Radeon R9 270, in case that should prove helpful.
It'd be interesting to know if any Nvidia users are encountering the same problem?
In my instance no,
I haven't noticed it whilst wearing power armour but then again I barely use it.
Whilst this may not be the solution since I did mention I haven't really gibbed anything since I installed these newer drivers, but I currently have:
Radeon Software Version
16.4.2
Driver Packaging Version
16.15.2401-160415a-301762E
Radeon Settings Version
2016.0415.1636.28043
Try updating maybe?
do you have any mods?
1. No mods installed at all (though that might come later if we get this fixed)
2. Power armor makes no difference.
3. Seems to be related to camera direction when it pops up.
4. Changing zones helps very rarely.
Running:
Win 7 Home Premium SP 1 64 Bit
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series - Driver 13.251.0.0
I suspect the card is the issue but things run fine otherwise.
The latest driver for that card is Crimson ReLive Edition 17.2.1, I can't gaurentee it'll fix it.
I was using a HD7770 when having this problem but I can't remember if I got it fixed or not before getting a new card.
