Bug in Cliff Hotel mission random event

I was doing a side mission for Mariner and then I heard Avery talking to a robot pearl and she gave me a quest to do something for her and her owners will pay good money for it but you know the robot still think it's 2077 pretty much. And thenI get attacked by legendary charred ghouls(btw im level 75 so no problem for me) and then the fight is over and Pearl is trying to use the elevator butit's not working and I noticed all the elevators out of service signs on them but not the one she was going to. Then i'm like oh AI glitch let me move her out of the way and go on.But the elevator didn't work period so pretty much impossible to get there and no the stairs are demolished even enough for a power armour jetpack user like me. Also this happened on xbox one I just didn't know where to go to report a bug except steam. No problem to me cause I have like ten things to do in the game right now. Also nice job on the map expansion it's like pretty much half of the original map. Also the movement is little glitchy for the AI I see them like bouncing up and down over rocky terrain.

just keep searching the hotel, You have to walk across all the floors until you get to a bottom level area that has 2 working elevators, 1 will bring ya to the surface, 1 to the vault

The first elevator is supposed to be broken, causing you to go alllll the waaay around. Pearl should auto a different path after discovering it not working, but if not, then yeah yer bugged :(

Yeah I have the same problem as well, and I'm playing on PC. Pearl just stood in front of the elevator and kept coming up with the same dialog line so I guess it's reall a bug there.

Yes, there are occasions where the characters are supposed to continue either conversation or keep walking, but they get stuck in a loop just saying or doing the same thing over and over. For me the Doctor Mr Wright, and Maxwell the robot in Vault 118 are stuck in a loop saying the same thing over and over. Pearl, however, managed to move on from the elevator and lead me in the right way. So, for some it works and for others it don't. Weird!

alright so I have confirmed it is a glitch. I went through the entire place to get tot he other side of the elevator and I went up to pearl and she went in and continued but still bethesda fix this for other players cause the dungeon was long

can't open ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ door, in power armor = no animation, without armor we have animation with pipboy, but nothing happens after hit the button. :(

you have to complete the place your self and then once you get to the point with two working elevators the one on the left goes up to pearl allowing you to continue

I have the problem where pearl just won't get ON the elevator...I can get to the vault just fine but I forever now it seems have "talk to pearl" in my quests, which is annoying and i don't know the dialog console command to skip it...if anyone does it would be helpful
*edit correction...If you just talk to Maxwell the quest completes, should have probably tried that first.

1) get in the elevator
2)turn to pearl
3) open console (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_4_console_commands)
4) withe mouse click on pearl (should appear "(xx03250a)[EP] xx is for the esp order loading, mine is 03)
5) now (just to be sure) close console, turn the camera inside the elevator
6)reopen console, be sure that "(xx03250a)[EP] is still one the center upper side of the console window
7) type "moveto player" without the "
8) press enter
9)close the console
10) complete your quest

Pearl went down the elevator with me, but now nothing happens after trying to open the Vault door. She just stands there doing nothing and when I try to talk to her it says, "The Individual Is Busy".

Exiting and re-entering the area didn't help, killing her, movetoplayer.

I didn't have to get pearl to go down the elevator with me, I just kept going and the quest worked fine.

This is still broken.
Had to leave Pearl to ground level, where it teleported inside the broken elevator. I completed the dungeon to get to the working elevators, called the elevator down with Pearl inside, which then moved near the next elevator and the script broke AGAIN, just looping the same line over and over. I used the elevator to get down to vault level, Pearl didn't follow, went back up the elevator, Pearls script nudged forward, it came inside the elevator. I went down again and Pearl finally went to vault controls, I opened the vault, had the next conversation break down despide reloading and trying again several times, but got the quest and it updated and told me to follow the new robot to the scene.
I stopped playing at this point for the day, hopefully its not broken even more.

This worked for me. Thank you. (pc user, all dlc installed, no mods)

I did something a bit more fun. I took my Atom's Judgement and whacked Pearl into the elevator al the way to the back. Took a few whacks. I then pushed the buttom and up we went. Pearl came out of the elevator as normal and escored us down the hall.
