VATS key disappeared in control settings

A couple days before Far Harbor came out, I got a new mouse and wanted to change up some control settings. I booted up FO4, went to the control settings page, and the first thing I thought of was making VATS accessible on my new mouse. As soon as I clicked a button I wanted VATS to register to, it just disappeared from the settings page and never came back. Even when I revert to an old save VATS doesn't reappear in the control settings menu. Can someone please help me out with this? I'm at my wits end about this.

Found out a way. I chose to reset the keys back to default settings and VATS reappeared.

Thank you! I was having the same problem even after deleting and reinstalling the game twice!
