It's got a settlement map icon, but I can't seem to find a workshop there. Just wanna make sure, is it meant to be a settlement?

I haven't been there yet, but it's worth pointing out that Breakheart Banks in the main game uses the same farm icon, and isn't settlable.

Good point. Although IMHO it would've made perfect sense for Cranberry to be settlable. This way you have settlements at both the northern and southern tips of the island. A shame...
