edit: just found out that 04 are the right digits for me but still nothing happens if i type "setstage 04001b42 150" doesnt work with the other thre digit numbers
OP has it as 4th plug in installed, so the first two digits are 04 for him.
You have to look into your esp load order, either in the ingame menu or in the plug in section of NMM if you use it.
Open console and types
setstage dlc03mq04 150
setstage dlc03mq04 250
setstage dlc03mq04 350
setstage dlc03mq04 450
setstage dlc03mq04 550
this will complete the puzzle stages and give you the five memory tapes. You simply need to listen to each of them to ativate the new quest map markers.
