Where to start Far Harbor?

which npc or where to find boat to start far harbor? I roaring coast for hours and never find anything like that but I did found this power armor :p

look at your pipboy and select the new radio item 'valentine agency......' listen to it and go see ellie at the valentine detective agency in diamond city

You should get transmission from Valentine's secretary and this will start quest, You won't get transmission if your character doesn't know Valentine yet.

After completing "Get a Clue" in Kellog's house I had to leave Diamond City before the radio message appeared.

I am doing a playthrough with the Far Harbor DLC installed but have not yet played any of that DLC. My character has not yet rescued Nick Valentine or even started Getting a Clue. I have started the Quartermastery Quest with Scribe Haylen which is necessary to complete Semper Invicta. The location she gave me to retrieve the haptic drive was Aldersea Day Spa.

My question is if it is possible to complete the Quartermastery assignment without completing Getting a Clue? Is there any way to go to the Aldersea Day Spa in Far Harbor without kicking off the Far Harbor quest line?
