FAR HARBOR...

it will be playable at level 1?

it will be needed to reach level 15 to play it? (like Automatron)

or whatever...?

You will have to complete the quest "Getting a clue" to free Nick.

You will need to have played the story missions up until Nick Valentine is available. (Far Harbor evolves around him).

So you could start a new game and run to Diamond City. I think level 1 is impossible, because you will level up while going there and doing the quests to unlock them- other then that there is no level needed to start Far Harbor.

You need to complete 'getting a clue' from the main game story before it will be available.

If you can get through Nick Valentine's quest at level 1 sure, but I would recommend you being 15 because the creatures there are brutal.

I recommend lvl 40 and up, cause those chaurus monsters that they ported from Skyrim look mighty dangerous mate!
judging from older beth games i would also think one should be lvl 30+

I've played all FO3/NV DLCs at level 1... it was very doable and funny.
Obv, a lot of exp in FO games, not just a few hundreds of hours...
Let's see what happens with this one...

You might be fine. I struggled and was past level 60-70 with some enemies 3 shoting me. Still hopefully you can do it and i wish you the best of luck!

Amazingly, when you play FO games at level 1 (or very low levels), you discover that most things can be made in another way other than to kill yourself everyone around... I know that is not the experience most are looking for, but for me, after to play Ks of hours FO games, that is what keeps me in love of the series...

I'm level 37. Is it too low for far harbor?

Depends on the difficulty, if you're playing on Hard+ you may have a rough time
